Thank you for choosing to submit an abstract for the EBMA 2025 Conference.
Abstracts can be submitted for Short Presentation, Poster Presentation and also as Workshops and can only submitted through the respective platform provided on this website, otherwise they will not be considered.
The deadline for abstract submission is March 10, 2025. Authors will be notified about the results until the March 3, 2025.
These instructions will ensure we have everything required so your paper can move through the peer review process. Please take the time to read and follow them as closely as possible.

For Short or Poster Presentation: Title, Authors, Abstract (Background, Summary of work, Summary of results, Discussion & Conclusion, Take-Home Message, References).
For Workshops: Title, Authors, Abstract (Background, Learning objectives, Workshop Structure, Take-Home Message).
Papers must be submitted online and the text should not be longer than 350 words. You can use a maximum of 5 Keywords.
